When we receive an AOE / COE investigation, we will:

1. Have 24 hour contact with the insured and claimant
2. Secure highly detailed face-to-face signed or recorded statements as directed by our client
3. Investigate subrogation possibilities
4. Explore all facets of the claimant's existence by documenting non-occupational vents, financial status, substance abuse and domestic strife
5. Utilize our Information Resources Department
6. Make photocopy records if requested
7. Serve subpoena to assist counsel in ligigation
8. Provide surveillance services if requested
