Mortgage Fraud Investigation

During the past twelve years, we have established ourselves as a leader in the industry. We have successfully worked with the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office and the Federal Bureau of Investigation on numerous mortgage fraud rings. Several of the cases went to trial and resulted in several persons serving jail time. Recently, we have also been responsible for charges being filed against 12 persons including five Loan Officers.

We specialize in interviewing parties involved in loan transactions and determining who was involved in the fraud as well as reviewing loan documents to determine if there was any improper handling of documents.
